Someday, she thought as she took him between her lips with a bittersweet smile, maybe I will learn to speak Portuguese or he will learn to speak English and this won't be nearly as much fun. But, she reflected, that thought belongs in the future... I have always believed in living in the moment, and I would gladly give up a glimpse of tomorrow for just one taste of today.
